Bottled Water-Soluble Vitamin E:

Elevate W.S.’s unique formula is the most bioavailable source of natural vitamin E on the market today. Developed by Kentucky Performance Products to increase circulating blood levels quickly, it has become the product of choice for veterinarians managing horses and foals with neurological and muscular disorders, compromised immune response, or low fertility rates.

• Product Information: Elevate Water Soluble (W.S.) can be used to increase circulating blood levels of vitamin E quickly. Its unique water-soluble formula is highly digestible. It is readily available to and efficiently retained in the tissues of the horse. Elevate W.S. is effectively absorbed through the blood-brain barrier.
• Active Ingredients: Water-Soluble Vitamin E. Per the manufacturer, this product does not have a flavor, but does have a faint alcohol smell.
• Directions for User: Administer daily at the rate of 0.2-0.6 mL per 100 lb (0.4-1.2 mL per 100 kg) of body weight to deliver 1,000-3,000 IU per day. The feeding level depends on the type of horse, level of activity, and nutritional and management practices that affect vitamin E needs. Consult your veterinarian for proper dosing for your horse.
• Special Precautions: Store Elevate W.S. at room temperature or under refrigeration. Avoid freezing or excessive heat. Reseal lid during storage. (Administer product shortly after removal from bottle.) Shelf life is 24 months from date of manufacture when stored under suitable conditions.

Powdered Concentrated Vitamin E:

Elevate Concentrate is a supplemental source of natural vitamin E for all classes of horses. As a concentrate, this powder formula is recommended when everyday, long-term preventive support is required. Each serving provides 5,000 IU of natural vitamin E.

• Active Ingredients: One scoop (1 oz) of Elevate Concentrate Powder contains 5000 IU of natural vitamin E.
• Directions for User: The feeding level depends on the type of horse, level of activity, and nutritional and management practices that affect vitamin E needs. Please follow your veterinarian's instructions exactly when using this product.
• Special Precautions: Use as directed for animal use only. Keep out of reach of children & pets. Follow all cautions, warnings and storage instructions on the product label.

Powdered Regular Formulation Vitamin E:

• Product Information: Elevate was developed to provide a highly bioavailable source of natural vitamin E to horses. Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, limits the damage caused by everyday oxidative stress. It maintains healthy muscle and nerve function and supports a strong immune system in horses of all ages.
• Active Ingredients: One scoop (7 grams) of Elevate Maintenance Powder contains 1000 IU of natural vitamin E.
• Directions for User: 1 scoop = 1,000 IU of vitamin E. Mix in feed. Maintenance: 1-2 scoops per day (1,000-2,000 IU vitamin E per day). Intense training: 3-5 scoops per day (3,000-5,000 IU vitamin E per day). Pregnant/lactating mares; foals; stallions: 3 scoops per day (3,000 IU vitamin E per day).
