Methocarbamol (Robaxin)

Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant. It works by blocking nerve impulses (or pain sensations) that are sent to your brain.

Methocarbamol is used, along with rest and physical therapy, to treat injuries and other painful muscular conditions.

Methocarbamol is also used in the treatment of tetanus and it may also be used for other conditions as determined by your veterinarian such as muscle soreness, trauma, bursitis, muscle and ligament damage, and other conditions that cause painful muscle spasms.

Methocarbamol is a generic medication, and therefore we may have different manufacturers at any given time.

Tablets may vary in appearance. Most of the 500mg methocarbamol tablets are scored, while most of the 750mg methocarbamol tablets are not scored.
